We're Cooking Up Something New

Our new dining area is open!

After completing our common area upgrade in December 2017 with our beachside luxe look, we're now redeveloping our food offering.

The first stage of the development opened in May with  a new central dining area, Tank Juice and Kyoto kiosks and Logo Factory. A Majestic Tea Bar will be joining our food offering shortly with more stores to be announced.

During our development we have some pop-up food outlets, Kraken Crumpets, The Banh Van and Guerilla Grill for more information check out our food festival page.

A majority of the Centre will be open for business during the redevelopment, however Whitcoulls is currently closed with their new store opening soon.

The same beachside aesthetic of the common areas has been used to bring the new central dining area to life. A light colour palette combined with timber accents reference the beach, turquoise highlights represent the sky and sea and greenery centre pieces bring the outside in. The design by architects Tailor Inc also features industrial style metal framework to visually separate the individual operations and enhance their unique offers.

Usability of the new food gallery has also been taken into consideration to ensure the space works for a range of customers. In one area pendant lighting and low tables offer a relaxed dining experience, in others  banquet seating featuring USB ports for casual working lunches and for those wanting a quick bite there are bench tops with high stools available.

As with works of this scale, there will inevitably be some minor disruptions while we go about completing the renovations. We appreciate your patience over this time. Our website and Facebook page will be used to keep you up to date with progress, as will our emails to our VIP newsletter subscribers. If you're not already a member, you can sign up here and it's free to join.

We look forward to sharing an enhanced Shore City with you very soon!
