How to wear a bell sleeve

Article by Caitlin Taylor

This is such a pretty, feminine shape we are seeing coming through for Autumn/Winter, and is a look that most people can pull off (only if you want to of course!)

There are a few different ways to wear this look, so I wanted to show you three different looks you could create from the lovely stores we have at Shore City, utilizing this gorgeous trend.

1. Feminine and Flirty.

Lace and bell sleeves tend to go hand in hand, and this gorgeous Jacqui E dress is the perfect example of that!
How gorgeous would this look for a wedding, or an evening work event.
The sleeve adds an extra touch of lady-like elegance to a simple dress.

2. Corporate Catwalk

Who says you can’t create some drama with your work wardrobe? The sleeve on this Country Road blouse makes an impact, but still leaves you looking sharp and professional. Team it back, tucked in, with a pencil skirt for an elegant work look.

 3. Classy Casual

I think most people would automatically feel like a bell sleeve detail would be quite a dressy trend, and maybe hard to do in everyday life. But this cute tee from Portmans makes it really easy to add this feminine trend into your easy everday style.

As always, wearing a trend is all about making it fit TO YOU! If you don’t feel like this is something you would wear, then don’t wear it.
BUT at the same time, don’t be scared to give it a try! You might surprise yourself.

Until Next Time, Happy Shopping
